Cody is an electrical engineer with a focus on controls and automation and leading projects. He has extensive experience in providing products in forestry, mining, and for OEM clients and has an unsurpassed attention to detail that allows him to effectively lead project teams to complete projects on time and on budget. He believes that the key to delivering a successful project is having a great team where each team member’s work is valued equally.
Jacques Du Sautoy
Automation Software Applications
Jacques du Sautoy is a controls system engineering specialist encompassing more than 12 years’ experience in control systems solutions. This experience starts from the applications of instrumentation and hardware to software architecture and development with SCADA’s Historians and MES solutions integrated into the OT and IT networks. He has worked extensively in Food and Beverage but also has experience in the Metal, Cannabis and the Grain Terminal industries. He has mentored many young engineers and has managed project teams in factory and OEM settings.
Steve Callingham, AScT
Project Manager
Steve Callingham leads the design and manufacturing departments at Kaliber Power. He has 25 years’ experience in safety systems, software development and motor control systems. For the last 15 years Steve has been designing, testing and commissioning motor control systems primarily for sawmills, in locations around North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Steve also has experience in mining, manufacturing, logistics, moveable Rail Bridges, composting facilities and water/waste-water facilities. Steve has mentored young engineers and provided VFD training classes at various industrial sites.

Personal Mission Statement:

Rob Childerstone advises on Kaliber Power’s engineering and manufacturing arms. Before co-founding Kaliber Power Rob acted as an independent contractor through RC Systems Inc., a company he started in 2009 with a focus on designing and building industrial control systems including process software development for hi-tech manufacturing. Rob received a diploma of technology in Robotics and Automation from BCIT in 2005 and has continuously upgraded with courses in tech and business.

Mikesen joined Kaliber Power and brings with him over 25years of successful experience working with customers globally, across different industries to understand their needs, and working to deliver solutions that create value and efficiencies to them. Mikesen works with Kaliber Power’s incredible team understanding customer needs and opportunities for productivity using automation to deliver positive business results.
